With over 40 years experience in banking, insurance and real estate, Jim brings the business background that is needed to implement marketing programs for our clients.  He maintains website and print advertising, creating a customized marketing approach for each home.  His main focus is to ensure an accurate and successful marketing strategy that will result in the sale of our clients' homes.  He manages each new listing from the time it is listed to make sure all marketing is in place.  This includes visiting the home to take measurements, digital photos and detailed notes of its special features, and overseeing the virtual tour photo shoot.

Jim also is an expert negotiator, not only in the real estate transaction, but with banks and other entities in a Short Sale transaction.  He works long hours to insure a good outcome for all parties in the real estate transaction.

In his personal life, Jim enjoys reading, and is an avid bow hunter who enjoys spending time with his sons and longtime friends around the campfire after a long day in the woods..

   Having lived in Phoenix her entire life, Karen knows the lay of

   the land like her own backyard.  She is very well-acquainted

   with all aspects of the Valley of the Sun, as well as the Phoenix

   metro real estate market, and she also knows the local history

   because she’s lived it right here in the Valley.  She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, and a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling.  While occasionally working with buyers, she especially enjoys working behind the scenes on the many details of the transaction, and in the areas of client care, marketing and advertising for The Jeffries Group.   

In her spare time, Karen enjoys interior design, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with friends and family,  especially enjoying their three granddaughters Chloe, Kassidy and Kate.
