  Jim brings a wealth of experience with him into the real estate 

   business.  Working in the banking, real estate development, 

   and insurance fields in his early years, as well as being a

  successful entrepreneur, has given him the skills necessary to transition into residential real estate sales.  Today, his knowledge of real estate and his gift of   communication is an asset his clients appreciate.  A strong negotiator, Jim is very well-versed in   the mortgage arena as well.  Jim provides excellent real estate representation and enjoys the   process of helping others fulfill their dream.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona  State University in Business and Marketing.

On a personal note, Jim is passionate about the outdoors.  He enjoys being with his sons and 

buddies in a rustic setting, fishing, bow hunting, camping, and sitting around the campfire at night

   Having lived in Phoenix her entire life, Karen knows the lay of

   the land like her own backyard.  She is very well-acquainted

   with all aspects of the Valley of the Sun, as well as the Phoenix

   metro real estate market, and she also knows the local history

   because she’s lived it right here in the Valley.  She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, and a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling.  While occasionally working with buyers, she especially enjoys working behind the scenes on the many details of the transaction, and in the areas of client care, marketing and advertising for The Jeffries Group.   

In her spare time, Karen enjoys interior design, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with friends and family,  especially enjoying their three granddaughters Chloe, Kassidy and Kate.
